We remind you that “FEMeeting: Women in Art, Science and Technology” is self-financed by its network. Therefore we thank you in advance for your registration and fee contribution.
The organization of FEMeeting conferences is possible due to the volunteer work of its team and self-financing by its network. Therefore we request you to contribute through your registration which includes the payment of a fee. The fee includes the conference’s folder, refreshments during the conference coffee-breaks and expenses concerning the editing of the book of abstracts.
- Travel funds or compensation for presentations are not available.
- If you require an invitation letter for funding or visa purposes or you would like to request a fee waiver, please contact us at: femeeting@cultivamoscultura.org.
AMOUNT:
— Regular fee to all participants (before April 30th 2024): 70 CAD dollars.
—Late registration (after April 30th 2024): 100 CAD dollars.
— Students (regardless of the registration period): 25 CAD dollars.
